I am needing a fixture profile created to work with a Big Dipper B10000+RGB. Unfortunately I can not find any info on the unit at all. Has anyone come up with this at all? Any help is appreciated. Thank you

Do you know how many channels it is? Isn't there a product or company website? Maybe try emailing the company requesting the PDF manual with DMX traits?

I did find the website via Google but it didnt have any info.. It is Chinese.. I emailed them via their contact link but have yet to get a response. I thought maybe someone else had dealt with it before.. I see Big Dipper as a manufacturer under the list in Emulation so theought sombody had some info by chance. Thanks again

Well if you know how many channels it uses you could very well use generic dimmers for the number of channels it uses. Make sense?
