I have a lighting program put together using the Emulation software with roughly 6 scenes with anywhere from 2 to 11 cues per scene. I'm finding that I can run through the scences once without any problems, but if I run through them again, some of the cues are not functioning properly. Some of the lights won't come on at all, or they come on in a pattern that was not programmed. When I shut down the program and open it again, all of the scenes are as they should be and everything works fine. But only for one run-through.

Before running the scenes, I am clearing everything out twice as well as holding down the scene buttons until they go red. IS there another step that I am missing to clear out the program so I can start again without shutting down the program and re-launching? Can't figure out why i cant run through my programming more than once or revisit scenes without problems.

This seems to be close to the problem I'm having. I often have issues with regular dimmer packs not responding to cues properly when running through the cue list.

One thing that happens is that some cues will not turn off when moving to the next scene. Especially if I add a scene into the middle of the cues.

Could it be possible that the DMX values have to be saved at zero for the next cue for the dimmers to respond?

I'm sure this is user error, and I'm not at the board to test it out myself. Trying to find possible solutions before I get back into the control room.

Thank you!
