Color Chorus 72 Fading Issue

Hello,

I am having some fading issue from our Color Chorus 72. We set it in RGBA 4 CH mode with Stander Curve. It snapped out properly in zero count when the intensity is over 30%; but when it is lower than 30%, if I try to snap it out, the red and blue dial will linger, and fade out in 0.5 sec, while everything else function properly. Same issue happened when I set it to a different mode, and I already tried hard reset. Does any one had this issue before? How did you solve the problem? Thank you so much.
