design spot 575e blowng bulbs

I run the lighting for my church where we recently installed 6 575e's in January 08. So far we have had 2 of the 6 blow the bulbs completely out of the sockets. Each dpot has it's own dedicated circuit and both bulbs have blown when the power was turned own. Any help would be appreciated.
