hello i just got my new board i conect one of my 10R monster lights on chanel 001 dmx and the dmx cable to my operator pro select the pan and tilt chanel witch is pan cha.1 tilt chan.3 on my join stick selecting fixture 1 on the boad and i move faders all the faders and not respond on any faders can some one please help if im doing something wrong ? one more thing i dont have the 32mb/card on my board i dont have one is these the problem i cannot use the fixture only with faders i will use these board only for one fixture right now till i get to kwo the board better please help thanks att dj quetzal

Here are some things to check:
-Check DMX Polarity (page 8 User Manual)
-Check DMX cable is meant for lighting, not audio
-Make sure light fixture set to correct channel mode. DMX Operator Pro can control up to 16 channel fixtures.
-Check pan & tilt joystick assignment (page 11 User Manual)
