dp-dmx4b not dimming only 1 channel

I have several of the dp-dmx4b dimmers and this one in particular all the channels dim except channel 3. It stays at full power all the time. (Fuses are fine also) swap it out with another pack and it works fine. Any help would be great.

If it is doing that, and you have checked the fuse then it could be a triac that has gone bad. You are welcome to send the pack back to us and we can repair for you. If you would like to do so, please email me at JoelChen@americandj.com. Thanks
