Elation Design LED Strip RGBAW

I'm slowly learning lighting but I've hit a snag & have spent several hours trying to solve the issue.

I'm currently working with a Show Designer 3, Elation Design LED Strips (house lighting), & 6 Chauvet 1 AW (stage lighting). I have a few others items but they don't seem worth mentioning because they function properly.

This system was installed less than 2 months ago & for the most part I've had little to no issues with control & response of the lights. For some reason today, 4 of the strips & 2 of the stage pars are acting on their own & basically will not respond to the board at all. They will flash or strobe from time to time but are basically actin on their own without any DMX control. I've done all that I know to do but can't change my current circumstance. Anything will help & I really appreciate your time & knowledge, thanks!
