my elation won't start the pan and tilt, and when it wants to start it makes weird noises in the video below you can see what kind of noise it makes.

greetings, are there any errors? also in this case it could be the driver or stepper.

make sure the unit is disconnected then manually rotate the pan and tilt, it should be rather free, if any tightness then the stepper maybe an issue. if ok then possibly the driver board and also the PSU.
