Hi, I have 4 Elation Proteus Beams that were purchased in 2020 used. They’ve worked perfectly since however I now have one of them acting strange. I have the DMX program mirroring a second fixture on the opposite stage side however the colors displayed by one of the Proteus Beams are now wrong for every scene I recall. See video showing top left back stage beam showing white light vs the correct blue like the right side. I’m not sure where to trouble shoot. I’m having no issues with other lights / brands in my whole setup. I’ve never had a bulb replacement yet but just assumed that would exhibit a different symptom such as no light rather than always showing the wrong color now. I tried to reset the motors but that doesn’t seem to fix it. However not sure if I’m doing it incorrect. Any ideas? Thanks.
