FIXTURE PROFILE NEEDED! SHINP LASER AND LED NEON FLEX TUBE

Hi, I have an ELATION SHOW DESIGNER 2. I was unable to locate the couple fixture profiles I need on the Elation website. I need a fixture profile for:

- SHINP DL-33

(I did noticed on the forum that you made a profile for this for someone else. Do you still have it on file?) If not I have included a link to the manual.

-DMX Controller for neon flex tube

I got the Neon Flex Tube to work Fairly Easily Using the Basic Dimmer Settings But the Neon Flex Tube Is Supposed To have 4 Channels to control all of the Functions of this Fixture but I am only getting the Basic R B G's on 3 separate Channels But None of The StroboFlash, 3 and 7 color Jump Changes or Flowing water effects.
