Re: Fuze Profiles Randomly resetting

We have 14 Fuze Profile fixtures. We recently moved 2 of them to the balcony rail and connected to them with an ETC NET2 Node. The node address is correct as well as the Starting DMX addresses on both ports. However, the Balcony Fixtures keep resetting randomly and shows "Software Update".

The node is being supplied POE from the network switch. Our other !2 Fixtures on stage are unaffected when this happens.

Greetings, make sure the nodes are on the latest release. also make sure the fuze proflles are on the latest release as well (V1.0.15)
