i just got 2 spot 5r's with emulation software. So far i got the unt working partially. Heres where im having issues:
1. Gobo shake is greyed out
2. Zoom is grey
3. Color Mix is completely grey
4. The only thing in color fix that is operational are the colors and scal
5. Custom is grey
6. In Misc, scal, baal, fan, fog and all buttons on the right side are inop
7. Frame is all greyed out.
Also, when i create a "scene" i select the fixture that i want to control, then i mess around with the programmer and i try to save it to any of the banks or faders by selecting record and holding down their buttons. i get the nice jingle sound and i get the green light but it never saves or does anything. if i were to change anything in the programmer and hit the fader or buttons it does nothing. Basically i feel like i have no control over the lights. Im not a noob to lighting but i am to emulation so i need major help.
