Irradiant SSDL-6064Personality Profile

I have just received the emulation software and I am trying to intergrate it into my current lighting inventory. I purchased 3 of the Irradiant SSDL-6064 lights used (which are awesome). I need to the personality for this fixture.

This is the info that I was able to find for this fixture.
