Lights stopped working

Ok so new to the world of lights and ran into a problem. I've been running lights on a show designer 1 for over a year and a half and then all the sudden all but 4 lights stopped responding to the board. I've done all I know to fix what would be the problem and solution?

There are lots of things to check for, you might want to call in to Elation support if you have already checked the obvious like cables, etc.
