Looping for Newbie

Hello,

I am a newbie at programing the DMX Duo. I would like to create a three step show and have two shows loop for a certain amount of time before cycling back. I saw something about looping two shows up to 99 times. Not sure how to do it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
