I need some help finding fixture profiles for some lights
Chauvet Intimidator Spot 250
ADJ Galaxian 3D
Shinp DL 55

I am somewhat new to this, I believe I'm supposed to post a manual for these.

I cannot find a manual for the shinp. The lasers are simple enough to run without profiles but I am struggling with the intimidator spot 250.
Could someone please help me locate the fixture profile?

This isn't really a knock on tech support, it's great that you guys are willing to help create new profiles but what's with all the "I will e-mail them..." versus keeping an online library? I looked up, down and everywhere for profiles for my lights, found nothing so I learned to make them but in doing so, it would have been nice to see an online library. I mean it seems you get the same requests a fair amount, why keep sending them one-by-one?

I don't agree at all, sorry. I ask customers to email me so that I can directly and personally assist that customer. We strive on customer service here at American DJ and would like to ENSURE the customer gets what the need and requested. Thank you and have a great day.

I think that is great service, don't get me wrong, some people may even prefer it. BUT... wouldn't having the most requested profiles available in an online library be good too? It doesn't have to be one or the other.

Think of it like any other computer/electronic product you use. You can download BIOS updates and driver updates for your computer and peripherals, firmware and program updates for your iPad, iPod, phone, DVR, etc. This would just be following the same model...

It appears Joel no longer works at AmericanDJ... Anyone have a lead on where to get some of the proflies listed here esp. the Stellar Labs ones.
