platinum spot 15r no dmx control of lamp

Hi, could there be a control wire that may have become disconnected from cleaning that would keep me from having control of the lamp on/off? DMX control is turned on in both on/off of the settings.

hi just to confirm you have control of the fixture via dmx? is the lamp ok? if so do you have a new controller? the hold time for "lamp on via dmx" should be 3 sec min.

hi yes i have dmx control of lamp. there is a 15r right next to it that works fine.
