I recently replaced a bulb and fuse in a fixture that has been down for several months. I have control of the movement of the light and can see that the gobos and other mechanicals are working internally, however, I cannot get the lamp to turn on, either from the control board or via the menu on the fixture. Any suggestions? I am a novice with these lights.
The head temperature does not exceed 93 degrees and the fans in "auto" mode do not turn off at all. Your help is appreciated.
