Remote stop working

Hello,

Can you please help me about a Onyx Remote?
I'm working with NX2 and Onyx PC in networking!

When I connect my cell phone (Iphone 10) with my Onyx PC for controle with the Onyx Remote after 2 minutes in standby the connection stop working and I need switch on/off the Remote in network configurations for working again all the time.

Any idea what is the issue?
