Stage Setter 8 causing flickering at low values?! Requesting assistance/advice!

Hey, first post here!

I have a Stage Setter 8 running 8 PAR56s and 2 PAR64s on 2 DP-415s, and then 2 PAR64s and 1 PAR56 on a DP-DMX20L. The 3 cans on the DP-DMX20L I have on channels 11,12,13 on the Stage Setter.

Everything has been running perfectly up until this morning, when I turned the units on and noticed a slight flickering on 11,12,13. At the maximum fader value, the flicking is not as noticeable and very fast, but when I turn the fader down to almost off, the flickering is very intense and slow. Does anybody have any idea what is happening? I tried disconnecting the power, and checking cables, but the problem seems to be within the Stage Setter.
