Magic 260 - "Multi fixture"

Hi!

In the menu I have found a submenu "Multi fixture", but I haven't found anything about that in my manual.
When I enter that submenu, it says for example:
Fixture: 01 Multi: 01

What is that good for and how can I configure it?

Thanks for your help!

Eyco,
The Magic 260 can control up to 24 individual fixtures by assigning them to individual buttons. Using the multi fixture option allows you to control more than just one fixture per button. Each fixture button has a maximum number 16 channels, so this option would be used with fixtures that have 8 channels DMX or less. For example, when using 3 channel RGB fixtures, you can individually control a total of 5, from one fixture button. As opposed to using up 5 fixture buttons. It also speeds up programming by having quick access to more fixtures.

That makes sense Sergio... but what I'm wondering is: how do you turn that feature off?

I'm having some issues with my controller and I suspect/hope it's because of this multi-fixture option, but I can't figure out how to turn it off!

Thanks,

Todd

What problems are you experiencing?

Siera: what advantage is using the multi fixture feature over setting the same dmx address on multiple fixtures?
