I am trying to set up a page for a fog machine.I try to load the 3D viewer but it comes up with an error saying "cannot find OEM".is this not included in system? I have the 1024EC unit.

which profile are you loading? i'll check it.
its not so much as a profile issue. its more of an 3D issue. when ever i try to start it it comes up with that error. any ideas?

Depending on which version date of the software you are running you may have to reinstall. the latest is Sept. 29 2009.
I am using the nov 4 2008. i have been wary of updating to the version. i guess now have no choice. anything special i need to know b4 updating?

Just keep a copy of your show files and 3D files and profiles that you are using on the desktop.
