Access to SSL file denied

When I try to add a fixture to a page in Compu Show I get a message that says: "X Access denied to c:\CompuShow\scanlibrary\[brand\name].ssl2 was denied."

Why do I get this message and what can I do to obtain permission to access the file?

are you talking about your personal scan library or the one i have posted on the website?

I haven't tried to select a profile from a website, so I don't know what it would do in that case.

I get the message when I select a profile from the library that came with the software. I haven't done anything to make that library "personal."

shouldnt be the case at all then, have you uninstalled and reinstalled the program? if not, uninstall the program...then delete the Compu Show folder on your C:drive..then reinstall it should clear that all up
