Artiste DeVinci

Hello,

I am new to light design and am needing some assistance. We have installed the Artiste DeVinci and I am using an Avolites Quartz Titan light board. I am wanting to program my lights to move around the room freely but am not having any success, any ideas? Thanks!

please confirm you are using the correct profile. also once confirmed make sure you have the unit set to the appropriate mode (should match the profile). once this is confirmed i would see if Avo has any video tutorials on proper use of the Titan..
