Beheringer FCB1010 Can't get it to work

I am pretty midi knowledgeable but I cant seem to get the physical FCB1010 to emulate or sync with the console in the program. I have reset the FCB to factory default but it doesn't line up. When I try to use the auto setup it doesn't work either. Anyone worked with this combo that can help me out?

i personally have not used that set up, however, in the user manual it does give a step by step on setting up Midi through compushow...there might be one setting or step you missed... hope this helps you out...
