Button stop working. please help

Hello,

Im New to elation compu life. Can someone please help me understand why my buttons suddenly stop working and I have to close and reopen the software so that my fixtures can obey the buttons?

I know for a fact is not a problem with the fixtures. is probably just and error im making since Im new with this software. but the issue basically is that for example I have a lot of LED strips. I group them in even and Odds. and sometimes When I select the odd group for example and make it one color. all of them become that color even the evens that i did not select. and when i try to change them back to another color the buttons seem to not do anything.

Well when you use the group buttons on compu live how the way you just described it most likely is locking the color to only those fixtures.
Do you see a small "s" in the corner of one or several buttons on your fixture page?
Or if you are not sure send me a copy of your .ssh file and I will look at it. to save a show file go to controller then save the show. for the file location select desktop and then name the file and attach it in a email to me at jamesk at Elation lighting dot com
