Buttons

Hello everybody,

I am new to this forum and to compulive. I have used various small boards and Light jockey and consider myself to be an ok designer.

I have watched all the training vids on you tube and what i didn't figure out on my own i was able to learn most of what i needed there. Thank You for that...Lets have MORE!!!

I will have some questions though about various fixtures, settings and other things as i learn and want to do more.

My first (and not last!)question. Is there any way to just show the buttons only in the window. I am going to install this in a club where they want the DJs to only be able to push a button and make it work.

They don't want them to have the option of creating or editing scenes, cycles etc. We will be using a touch screen so all they will have to do is touch a button to do minor shows.

Actually what i did was just copy the button to the master page then closed out all other pages.

Is there a way to protect things? Perhaps a password for editing or deletion?

Yup. Go to controller> then starting parameters > then protections. Try that. Any question let me know.
