CF Error #01

Trying to load the latest revision on my new SD3 baord and I am getting an error...
CF Error #01
CF System error, reinsert card.

Does anyone know what I need to do to correct this issuye. The card I have is a Cisco systems 64MB card and I am assuming that it came with the board. I got this control board a few months back from "Musician's Friend". i am assuming that it was a return because i ordered it as an open box item and when i got it I realized that it had some fixtures already set up as if it had been used. Either way I am getting this message when I insert the CF card and I am not sure what I need to do.

Any help at all is appreciated.

I figured it out. Apparently it did not like the card that I was using which was a cisco 64mb card. I am now using a Viking card that I got from work and it works now.
