i recently purchased a comp cue and i love the software , only problem im having is with my LED's i have the chauvet colorsplash 200b and none of the profiles in the program seem o control these fixtures properly .. help!

couple things to check, first make sure the DMX address is correct on the lights....second, make sure the lights are in the same mode as the profile you loaded.... please double check that and let me know if you still need some help
