Compu crashed my computer

Can you tell me the release date of the Compu Live software you are using on that computer? Also in about 99% of the cases in which a program hangs or crashes you most of the time don't need to reboot your computer. you just need to end the process in the windows task manager(Ctrl+alt+Del).

No disrespect to you but where can I find this download on the official website? It seems I have the latest update from them.

Hi jingles i tried to start the task manager after the crashing of the program but a pop up window was displayed saying task manager is disabled by the administrator, and i am the only admin. of my computer no user is using my computer.

Ok thank you, I'm new so I didn't know you worked for Elation. What all files do I need to backup? Just the shows we use? And what's the date on this new update?

It says I work for Elation at the bottom of everyone of my posts.
All you need to back up is your saved show files .ssh. Save them as a copy on your desktop. The Version date of this new install is may 6th 2011.

I recreated the crash today except my computer still worked after Elation crashed this time.

I made a scene in the Master channel, deleted it and the error message came up asking if I would like to send the dmp file to developer team. I clicked no since that pc is not on the internet. It closes Elation and then I can reopen it later. We does Elation crash when I delete a scene? And will the update fix this?
