Compu Cue Basic Interface Firmware 1.04

Our company has about two dozen compu live interfaces, ranging from the 1024 EC to the newer Compu Cue Basic interfaces... We're married to Compu Live at the moment, but I'm having a problem updating the firmware on two of these interfaces (both Compu Cue Basic) ones. They are currently loaded with 1.07 version. The Firmware upload button is trying to write 1.03, but it fails each time. I noticed with the interfaces that work, they have version 1.04. How can I go about getting 1.04?

When I try to use the interface as is, it's spitting all sorts of random data.

Sorry, follow-up to the last one... The reason I am trying to go backwards with the firmware is because someone at Elation suggested this to one of my coworkers a few months (maybe years???) ago to get the interfaces to work and we've successfully done so in the past (going back to 1.04 from 1.07) Please advise... Thanks!

Hello Speedy,
which version of CompuLive are you running? The most recent firmware is 1.36...it sounds like you are having interface issues with the Live-version the older firmware loader had a few issues that we fixed. This might correct your issue if you update CompuLive to the latest release and reload the firmware... with the new tools load. Please let me know which version of live you have so i can get that link to you
