Ok so Installed the compulive 06 software and downloaded the drivers but my pc will not reconize any drivers for the 1024ec online or from folder. What should i do to fix this

Is the pc windows 32 or 64 bit?
64bit windows 7
The 1024EC AND 2048FC are not compatible on a windows 64 bit OS. You need a compu cue basic or compu cue or compu show SD interface for a 64 bit PC. Let me know if you have any other questions.

have had it for about 4 years and at Guitar Center

Should work perfectly on ANY windows 32 bit OS. Even windows 7 32 bit if you can install it.
