Can anyone tell me why my compu live software crashes whenever I try and delete a button?

To whom it may concern,
What is the version of the software that you have? It should appear as the date when the Elation screen pops up when you open the software? Another question did you just install the software? What version of Windows do you have? Please let me know and I will see if we could figure this out...

abry, Welcome to the forums. I remember this being a bug in a really old version of compu live. I'll agree with RC what is your Version date? You can also find the version date by clicking on the "?" then the date will be displayed in the screen that appears as for example "Nov. 8th 2008".
Also which model interface do you have? It should also tell you on the screen that appears with the date.

This has been a bug for a very long time. The work around is to go to another scene and then shift click on the one you want to delete. Then press ALT-D and proceed as you normally would.
This bug has been patched in a a new release of compu live.

The bug still exists in the Jun 8, 2010 version of CompuLive. The program crashes if there is a fade time on both the INIT button and the Scene you want to delete.
I believe that is the latest version, right?

same issue in the dec update. crashed during the middle of my headliners set and had to reboot the computer. it suckkkked
We don't have a dec update posted. We only have a june 8th 2010 update posted.

i was sent the december beta update by someone at elation
