Compu Show Taking control over Stic as well?

I'm having an issue when I load compu show it also takes control over my stic unit and seems to mount it as another dmx dongle.

It does not show up anywhere that it's connected though. But the stic unit is non responsive after loading compu show. Both units are on the same LAN . I have to unplug the network cable from the compu show computer, then unplug the stic controller and re boot it, it then resumes normal operation.

How can I eliminate this from happening ?

since the stick and the compu cue are made by the same developer some functions can be controlled through the same software. not all but some. we usually recommend that you do not run multiple software on the same computer as this can cause problems. this might be one of them. the only solution would be to unplug one when using your software. if you are using compu show unplug the stick. if using the ART1024 software, unplug the stick panel from the computer.
