I assume you meant Magic 260. It is not supposed to lose the fixtures. I haven't experienced that, but I have found the M260 to be pretty bug prone. Elation replaced the first one I bought - which was so buggy as to be unusable, but the replacement has bugs too - so far though they are not nearly as bad as the first unit.
I'd suggest you reload the fixtures and hope they do not get lost on shutdown. If they do, get elation to replace it.

The controller can lose it's memory if the internal battery has died. How long have you had this unit? This battery should last several years and I don't think that this product has been out long enough to require a replacement battery , but it's possible. If the battery is not the problem, then there could be an issue with the Magic 260 and you'll need to send it in for service.
Have you tried reloading the profiles as suggested by Hobson? Send me an email and I'll forward the original library.
