Design Spot 250 firmware

Hi, send me all your serial numbers and corresponding versions to service at elationlighting . Com. Depending on which version you have, you can upgarde/downgrade firmware.

Please give us firmware info and serial numbers. The home position issue is probably not related to different firmware but related to the default pan/ tilt degrees setting. Check that. Youdhould also probably reset units to factory defaults in the menu. To confirm are these design spot 250's or 250 pro's?

Well, thats a good point. 2 of them are design spot 250's, and the other 4 are 250 PRO's.. I forgot about that.
The 2 older ones definitely have different firmware, I'll check for you.

Ok, the 1st 2 I have are Design spot 250's, NOT pros. One is Version 1.3, sn 2483526. The other is Version 1.2, sn 4561145. Both have software update ports. Can I get them both up to the current rev?? Much appreciated!

The update ports on those are inactive. You would have to swap out the ic chips in order to update. However the only difference on those are the home position (horizontal vs vertical).

Yeah, thats a bummer. That was one of my questions; i'd like them to have the same home position. No other way to do it? thanks.
