Design Spot 250 Fuses blow immediately

Hello,

I picked up a used Design Spot 250 a couple of months ago that I've been trying to get working. When I plugged it in initially, nothing happened and I read on here that it could be fuses that were blown. I looked and, sure enough, one or two of the three fuses on the main board were blown. I've replaced them now numerous times with 8A 250v fast-blow fuses and they still blow immediately when I plug it in. Other posts seem to indicate I'm using the correct fuses for my model, so I'm wondering what else might be going wrong here?

check the capacitors on the head PCB/arm PCB and main board. if any are swollen replace then recheck.
