I have a Design Spot 250 Pro fixture that suddenly started having a problem. The gobo wheel just keeps spinning through all the gobos.
Things i've done to troubleshoot:
- Zero'd every setting on the board possible related to this issue
- unplugged dmx
- Cycled power
- menu -> reset all
- menu -> reset gobos
- menu -> restore factory defaults (Menu item 4-7 I think)
After power up, or any of the resets, the gobo immediately goes back to rotating. Tomorrow I plan on popping the lid to see if something came unplugged. I have six of these exact fixtures. All of them are less than a year old. The other five do not exhibit this problem.
Any help would be much appreciated.
