Design Wash 250 Error 11

I have 8 design wash 250 fixtures and I have been having problems with two of them since day 1. The company that installed them for our school tried to fix them them, but then had to ship them back to you guys. I just reinstalled them this past week and they still do not work. One of them is giving an error code of 01 and 11 and the other one is just giving the error code 11. My show is this week. Is this something I can fix on my own?
