DesignSpot 250 Dimmer SLOW

Just got a pair of used designspot 250s.

Everything works fine except for the dimmer speed, it is super slow!

I have adjusted the fade profile so that my manual intensity fader works better.

However, when I run chases, the intensity speed is never affected, it does a slow fade to about 50% then comes back up to full. No matter what speed im set to it does the same thing... HELP!?
