Display screen is not showing

I have PLATINUM WASH ZFX PRO™ and the display screen is lit up but isn't showing any words? I can't figure out how to get the display screen to work so I can program it for a show. I have pictures I can send and I took a video.

Any kind of input would be greatly appreciated.

greetings, unfortunately you will have to replace the display. this is not a setting issue per se but rather a logic issue.
