Just plugged in the interface. Not seeing flashing pc, no dmx. The power light is yellow.

Yea, that's happened to me about 10-15 times. Sometimes the dongle will come back on by unplugging and plugging back in the usb cable anywhere from 5 to 500 times, and sometimes you won't. I've gotten them to replace a few of them but its happened to nearly every white dongle I've purchased.
Surprisingly, the much cheaper compu cue basic dongle (that still works for compu show) has yet to do this to me.

Of course, this type of problem occurs some times, to solved it install the dongle' driver again and then restart the PC. After doing it connect your dongle again to your PC.
Your best course of action is to download the most recent version of Compu Show (link bellow) and install it WITH the dongle connected to your PC.... If this does not fix your problem, call me and i will walk you though some troubleshooting steps

Which dongles are you all using?
Was using the white one. I also found opening it up and pulling the battery and putting back in does some sort of reset? I dunno, done it twice now and worked both times. But.....I've also picked up a chamsys, so the elation is not used as much, but I still love it and use it when I'm running lights and sound, or when I need to quickly and easily build profiles.
Well, you shouldnt have to remove the battery to get it to work correctly like that. Sounds like it needs to come into repair to get checked.
