Hey all! I am trying to determine if the DP-415 in my churches possession is bad. I have been told that the outlets on the right side, numbers 1 and 2, are always on, while the outlets 3 and 4 have no power at all.

I inspected the internal fuses and they appear to be fine. My meter shows voltage at 1 and 2, but none at 3 and 4. The dip switches are all in the off position and there is no input signal being used.

Any thoughts?
