Easy Show question

Trying to use easyshow, but it says "only available in first class"? It works in demo mode

What interface do you have?
Easy show can only be used on compu live with the following USB to DMX compu interfaces:
Compu 2048FC
Compu 2048FC+
Compu Show SD
Compu Show SD+
