Elation Design wash 250

So i posted a few weeks back about a design wash 250 shaking and vibrating and not lamping on. I was suggested to replace the main board. I have replaced the main board and ic chip on the main board... The light seems to move more freely now but it still has a tilt issue and won't lamp on. It tilts all the way down and trys to keep going. I am stumped and getting frustrated. I also have no control over the lights movements at all

the tilt issue is probably a sensor adjustment.
also did the unit lamp on with the old main pcb?
