Faders are not working..

I just got the Elation stage setter 8. It was working fine but not I try to use the dimmers and they do not do anything. I will hit the bump button 1 and the Blue light turns on. yet when I try to use the fader 1 Ill push it up and it dose not work. If I push all the dimmers up then all the lights slightly turn on but not at full power. Does anyone know what the issue is?

Best try resetting to factory settings, i have had to do that to mine a couple times, mine gets a cycle of flashing all the lights at once.
will have to reprogram everything though.
