Pretty certain its not possible, but is there any way to fan parameters? I'm not talking about trying to Offset effects or chases, but actually fan parameters. Ex: Pan/Tilt Or are flash chases able to be fanned or do you have to manual make an effect that might resemble a fanned chase effect?

The SD3 has the offset function for chases, this is sort of related to fan. The SD2 and SD1 don't have this. For a pan tilt fan effect you would have to set the starting positions manually then use the chase to create the movement.
