flex fader comes on by itself

I have a SD3 (used constantly for a few years), and one of the flex faders (used to control a dimmer with par 64's on it) comes on by itself randomly. I opened the SD3 up to see if anything was loose, but nothing was. Is there a part I can replace to fix this problem? thanks!

I think if you power on with button 1 held down you are in test mode. Look at the fader output in the display to see what it's doing. Maybe the fader needs replaced.
