I created one for my new HyperGem LED and it works great but my attempt at the laser profile just did not seem to work right.

I'm planning on purchasing lots of new fixtures over the next few months. I guess the best thing to do is post here first to see if its already been created and if not take a stab at it myself?

I am using show designer 1 with an OPTO Branch 4 - DMX Splitter.

I currently took on a job at a venue that just got plain ripped off and over sold on a bunch of gear. Trying to make heads or tails out of system in place. I also have two design spot 250's in place that I think one of the motors is going bad and the other the bulb wont align. Basically the last company pawned off some really beat up gear on these guys because its hardly new. They have been in place for a year but never used until I got there. They were not hooked up. Do you guys service these or is there some sort of tech reference I could look at for trouble shooting these myself? I sent an email to your company making this request about the 250's months ago but no reply. Should I be posting this request some place else?
