HELP! Profile for Irradiant Srl-6044 par64..

If anyone can give me a profile for this fixture, i would greatly appreciate it (need it for tom). I created a profile but, doesn't work properly and it has no pre-program button.
here are basic channels..

Channel 1: Red intensity
Channel 2: Green intensity
Channel 3: Blue intensity
Channel 4: Dimmer
Channel 5: Strobe speed
